The Board of Trustees directs and manages the affairs of the Foundation and may adopt the rules and regulations for the conduct of the business of the Foundation. The Board consists of trustees appointed by the Board of Education, the Chairman of the Board of Education, the Chief Financial Officer of the Board of Education, the Executive Director of the Foundation and the CEO/Superintendent of the Gwinnett County Public Schools.

The Chief Financial Officer of Gwinnett County Public Schools serves as the treasurer of the Foundation; other officers include the Foundation President and Foundation Secretary.
